Interpreting, Translations and EU

The European Union has got 27 member states and 23 official languages. This multilinguistic system is unique in the world and sometimes it seems that its advantages are overshadowed by problems connected with the strife to understand each other. Linguists - translators and interpreters - enable fluent communication flow within the system and through their work they try to eliminate language barriers and to simplify the whole system as much as possible. The EU adopts laws that are directly binding for its citizens and companies. Therefore it is quite natural that in order for the citizens, companies and courts to observe and apply them, there must be a version for each correspoding language that they understand available. In addition to this, all EU citizens have got the right to participate in development of the Union and it must be enabled to them in their language.

Ľahká zmena charakteru, kedy na 35-tom kilometri si maratónec spokojne kontroluje medzičas a dáva si sladký dúšok izotonického nápoja.
